There is nothing better in the entire world than a hot bath at the end of a long and taxing day. The minute you leave the doors of your workplace, you are dreaming about putting one foot and then the other in a bathtub filled with warm water which will just soak all of the tension out of your shoulders.
The only thing that might make this vision even better is a glass of delicious wine. The time we spend in the bath or the shower is not only time we spend getting clean it is also often the only moments of the day when we have time to ourselves to process the evens of the day and just relax.
This means that the bathroom itself has to be a nice space you want to spend time in. It is no good having a bathtub in a room you can't stand to be in. There are wonderful modern bathroom suites if that is your style but there are also more vintage or rustic bathroom suites.
Like the rest of your home, your bathroom is an extension of you. This means you have to be happy with it.
Putting your own creative touches on your bathroom can be as simple as arranging your toiletries in a certain way. It could also mean a splash of colour on the bathmats or through the towels.
